Beef Tacos with Peppers and Lettuce

- 500 g ground beef
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper bell peppers, sliced
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, slice the bell pepper and shred the lettuce.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked beef in the taco shells, then topping with sliced bell pepper and shredded lettuce.
- Add salsa and cheese on top if desired.
