  • 500 g ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 bell pepper bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 8-10 minutes.

  2. While the beef is cooking, slice the bell pepper and shred the lettuce.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked beef in the taco shells, then topping with sliced bell pepper and shredded lettuce.
  5. Add salsa and cheese on top if desired.
