  • 2 sweet peppers sweet peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced sweet peppers and sauté for 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
  6. Serve hot, enjoying the combination of tender chicken and sweet peppers.
