Chicken Thighs with Sweet Peppers

- 1 kg chicken thighs
Vegetables
- 2 sweet peppers sweet peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced sweet peppers and sauté for 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Serve hot, enjoying the combination of tender chicken and sweet peppers.
