One-Pan Chicken Thighs with Sweet Peppers

- 2 sweet peppers sweet peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil (optional).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them skin-side down in the skillet.
- Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip the thighs over.
- Add the sliced sweet peppers around the chicken in the skillet. Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C) and the peppers are tender.
- Serve the chicken thighs alongside the sweet peppers. Enjoy your meal!
